According to Siglin, Vritti is a natural
fit for Transitions' move into the Indian information
services market.
"Vritti's co-founders have significant
previous experience in technology and business process
consulting," said Siglin. "They have already
launched, managed and sold one enterprise - India's
foremost e-governance information services firm. Their
new venture, Vritti, which in English means 'a wave
in the lake of the mind' is set to take the North American
and European services markets by storm. Vritti is ideally
positioned to address the needs of a global marketplace
looking for high-quality services at an affordable price."
Prior to founding Transitions, Inc., Mr. Siglin co-founded
two additional companies - The Hampton-James Corporation -
which provided consulting to entertainment, digital
media and financial services firms and Century VII,
Inc. - a video and motion picture production company.
He has also been instrumental in the formation of over
100 other companies, including 12 that he has served
on the board or been a significant stakeholder.
Mr. Siglin has an undergraduate degree in motion picture
production and an MBA with an emphasis on international
entrepreneurship. He has also served as an adjunct professor
of business and technology at two universities, currently
holds the position of Honorary Chairman (USA) of the
India International Trade Centre and initial Executive
Director of the Tri-Cities World Trade Center, the first
ever non-metropolitan World Trade Center.
