Application Development

Our team has core expertise in Application development from Conceptualization to Product Delivery. We adopt Software Development Life cycle (SDLC). We have developed variety of products on iSeries and Microsoft platform.

This service can be offered in mix mode of on-site and off-site. One or few persons are deployed on-site who interface with client and development team off-site. Our iSeries server is used as Staging Server.

Production Support

We provide application support for standard ERP application as well as homegrown applications. This service can be provided on-site or off-site. We have facility to securely connect to client server. Based on the requirement a team is allocated per client.
On-site we deploy trained manpower, we charge on man/month basis. Off-site we charge based on time sheet. In off-site model we offer 24x7 service support.

Based on client need we can replicate Production Environment to Test Environment on our server.
Production Support group handles a production support ticket of one-week duration. Activity longer than one week is considered as a project and handled by special project team thus ensuring availability of production team to address urgent Tickets.
